Who we are

A small, focused academy that builds finance confidence inside real companies.

Lapampamanagua Finance Academy is not a mass online course provider. We work with a limited number of companies at a time so that we can adapt to their context, internal language and decision-making rhythm.

Our work combines experience from financial consulting, product building and facilitating leadership conversations. The academy exists to make financial discussions less abstract and more connected to the decisions you need to take next week, not in some theoretical future.

Founding story
Why the academy exists

The academy grew out of a simple pattern: in many Italian companies, financial knowledge was either locked inside accounting reports or scattered across spreadsheets. Leaders felt they were “signing off” on numbers more than truly understanding them.

We wanted to create a place where founders, CEOs and key leaders could build their own language for talking about money, risk and opportunity — in a way that translated directly into their weekly and monthly decisions.
